Bedrock launches World Meat Series : Japan Hokkaido Beef

Join Bedrock Bar & Grill as it debuts its World Meat Series this year with our well-travelled Executive Chef, Isaac Tan, as he helms the kitchen and introduces different cuts from around the world.

The first of a three-part series, the journey will kick-start in Hokkaido, Japan on 30 Apr, 6pm with the introduction of the prized Tajima strain of wagyu – raised in Hokkaido prefecture, renowned for its rich texture, exceptional marbling and unique aroma.
