The gourmet journey continues to the next pit stop, Ireland on Monday, 31 July 2017. This two month-long edition features the country’s prized 60-day dry aged, grass-fed Irish beef by supplier, John Stone, renowned for its exceptional tenderness, robust flavor and intense marbling.
